Global Commercial SaaS company is seeking a Sales Executive Manager for their London Team. The company combines cloud-based software, professional services and industry-leading market information on one streamlined platform to businesses.
• Manage all Sales Executives: monitor performance, allocate territories, and provide training and development.
• Provide support to Sales Executives to maximise revenue
• Prepare and deliver new business development actions and delegate these where required.
• Achieve regional sales targets in line with agreed budgets and monitor on a weekly basis.
Experience, Skills, Qualifications
• Proven experience inspiring and managing a mature and intelligent sales team
• A commercial property background or within residential markets with a focus on online agencies would be ideal
• Backgrounds in data information and IT solutions management will also be highly considered
• Must have B to B Sales management experience
• Ability to inspire and manage a mature and intelligent sales team
• Product training in America
