An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, focused and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a great team of people, who are passionate about what they do. You will play an invaluable role in effectively executing the recruitment strategy and maximizing the candidate experience throughout EMEA. You will be based in the UK, providing talent acquisition of professional and senior-level roles across Europe, as well as coordinating recruiters in other Countries, to ensure best-fit recruitment.

Our ideal candidate will have Recruitment experience within the technology and finance outsourcing sectors, with a strong focus on leadership, technical and sales roles along with the ability to:
Manage the full recruitment cycle of all-star hires from sourcing and interviewing, to navigating through whatever roadblocks may cross your path, all the way to the new hires first day.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Experienced in working as an in-house or agency recruiter, with an EMEA focus.
Provide support and guidance to other recruiters and hiring managers.
Possess a passion for what you do, as well as being self-motivated and results-oriented.
Be personable and articulate, even in high-pressure situations.
Good social media and networking recruitment and selection experience.
Proven ability to manage deadlines, with a right candidate first-time approach
Solid understanding of the end to end recruitment process.
Evidence of successful campaigns and hard to find roles, great knowledge of different attraction strategies.
Work closely with HR Directors across France to improve recruitment strategy and processes.
Strong business acumen background, market relevance
A nice to have fluent in one or two languages other than English.

Your Essential skills/qualifications
Demonstrable background in a high performing talent acquisition function and with a track record of key business impacts
Experience of recruiting for technology and commercial roles
Experience of working across multiple geographies within a matrixed environment
Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to influence and secure talent, led initiatives
Demonstrated success in social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter to drive company branding and in particular develop candidate pipelines
The ability to produce and analyse reports and statistics - including the provision of key insights and recommendations for strategic planning
A flexible and adaptable approach to change with a real focus on delivering results
