Social Media Manager (Technology and Gadgets)

Pioneering, new products to a community in design, tech, lifestyle sectors. This is a great opportunity for an experienced social media manager with a passion for storytelling, community building and creating content.

My client is looking for a creative, organised Marketer with D2C experience.

In-house role giving the opportunity to really own social media and grow across: content planning, community management, copywriting, social analytics, events, and influencer marketing.

This role reports to the Head of Content who acts a content hub, overseeing the overall content strategy with the aim of enabling and empowering

The role:

Social Media Management

Creating and curating social media posts and scheduling of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest) alongside an ongoing strategy for community growth and engagement

Social media copywriting

Analytics and Insights
Influencer Marketing Requirements
3 years experience + working in a hands-on social media or content role where writing copy, scheduling posts, handling replies and coming up with new ideas
Editorial sense and an understanding of what content works on social
Strong written communication and accuracy
Experience in building and engaging existing communities as well as reaching out and attracting new ones
Naturally curious with a desire to constantly learn and improve
Confidence in presenting new ideas and strategies
Handling influencer relationships from research to outreach and gifting.
Good interest in, and knowledge of popular culture across lifestyle, beauty or fashion, arts, news, innovation and tech scene. You have their finger on the pulse and knows where to go to find influencers and trends.
