Job Title: Finance and Operations Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: $133,177.10 SGD -  $147,127.86 SGD.

Reports to: Head of Finance and Operations (based in Singapore)

Job Description:

As Finance and Operations Manager in the Singapore office, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the finance matters relating to the UK entity (50%) and supporting the group client operations functions (50%).

Primary Tasks –

·Lead and control group’s financial budgeting and forecasting process and periodic management reporting, towards optimal decision making.

·Ensure maintenance and oversight of financial accounts and books for the Singapore investment manager entity in accordance with MAS regulatory requirements.

·Manage annual statutory audit process.

·Coordinate, review, and provide timely and accurate responses to all periodic investor reporting requirements.

·Ensure high quality service outputs from network of external services providers link fund providers like fund administrators, custodian, middle office service providers.

·Managing he interim and annual fraud statutory audit process.

·Lead and coordinate new client mandate projects towards timely and successful implementation.

·Initiate, and lead cross department projects, with both internal and external stakeholders to adopt best in class practices.

·Fund NAV reporting – Reviewing and ensuring accuracy on all fund NAV’s reports relating to all mandates.

·Review competitiveness of fees paid to service providers.

The person –

·Must be familiar with investor taxation matters and AML/KYC regimes.

·8 Years + of experience in investment management.

·Strong familiarity with SG corporate reporting requirements of a MAS regulated investment manager and corporate tax and GST regime/ reporting for UK.

·Must be confident in Microsoft Dynamics, MS 365 Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and possess good presentation skills
