My client, an award-winning beauty brand based in central London, is looking for a creative, energetic and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fast-growing brand where your input will really make a difference. Your role will be focused on new product development including NPD pipeline planning, merchandising, regulatory management and trend analysis.
Key duties:
- Manage product development from concept through to delivery
- Be the internal expert on existing product portfolio
- Manage and verify all regulatory needs and quality control for existing and future product portfolio
- Assist with the creation and analysis of product-driven marketing strategy, with a focus on trend analysis, forecasting, and sales planning
- Assist with planning, coordinating and producing POS materials: print and digital marketing collateral, POS Displays
- Review and monitor current market and competitor activity, including pricing
Skills/experience required:
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Product Marketing role within the beauty industry
- Strong quantitative analytical ability to match verbal and written communication skills
- Project coordination experience- must be good at following processes
- NPD, merchandising, and product management experience is a must!
- Must have an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Must be passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry
- Self-motivated, hardworking, collaborative
- Must have a sense of humour
