Large global technology solutions company have an urgent requirement for a highly experienced HR Manger. 
As HR Manager - Nordics, you will be responsible for providing a highly professional level of generalist HR support across Nordic countries, focused on our Commercial Organization. The HR Manager will report into the HR Director, UK & Nordics and will work closely with our HR Shared Service Centre
The purpose of this role is to provide proactive, can-do, HR partnership to the Nordic organisations to create and implement people solutions aligned to the business strategy.

The HR Manager acts as a point of contact within the business for all people related issues and is a people champion ensuring that our associates are always high on the business agenda.
Main responsibilities will include:
Organizational Efficiency & Development
Aligned to the HR Strategy, provides HR business partnering support for managers to identify and resolve business needs, implement organizational plans, and build key capabilities required to achieve strategic objectives.
Acts as the trusted advisor of client leaders to support them in carrying out their business and functional plans.
Coaching and influencing managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively fostering appropriate behaviours, actions and leadership values

Change Management & Associate Engagement: Proactive communication of change, strategic plans and goals, implementation of change initiatives, facilitation of workshops and helping functions adaption and engagement

Demonstrates deep understanding of client market spaces including external talent trends, culture, reward systems, and organization models.

Compensation & Benefits

Provide consultative guidance for compensation and facilitate appropriate compensation reviews.
Work with the management teams and Total Rewards function during the annual Compensation Planning time to ensure alignment of rewards to performance.
Provide consultation and benchmarking insights for job offers based on business needs.
Review periodic compensation reports to check for compensation changes and follow-up with leaders as required.

Associate Engagement & Relations

Guide managers for all employee relations and poor performance issues including improvement plans and associate separation strategy.
Look for trends and root causes as opportunities to improve organizational/team and associate happiness.
Assess and address attrition and retention proactively and work to understanding leading and lagging indicators for observed trends

HR Function effectiveness

Is the face of HR to the client groups and lives ‘one HR’ every day to enable a more holistic HR support and better business outcomes.
Partners with the ASC and CoE to consistently meet associates and managers´ needs, understand trends and discuss escalated items.
Coaches’ managers and associates to utilize and manage their workforce through Workday.
Partners with COEs to design, develop and deploy updated processes or changes.
Partners with ASC to ensure a consistent HR service delivery across Iberia.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.

About you

Experience & education

BS/BA degree in HR Management or related field required.
Experience working within a Global Shared Service model.
Minimum of 4 years professional experience in HR roles that required organisational change.
Experience in partnering with diverse client groups, commercial organisations would be a plus.
Experience in working with Center of Excellence (CoE) and Shared Service Centers is required.
Experience working in mid/large matrixed organization is preferred.
Experience in implementing Talent Management and People development programs is required.

Knowledge & skills

  • Working knowledge & understanding of all HR related subject areas including: talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations.
  • Solid understanding of local Nordic labor law
  • Ability to build supportive relationships and challenges the status quo.
  • Possesses coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity.
  • Proven flexibility and resilience in responding to business and environmental needs.
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide project execution to HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple levels, functions and cultures.
  • Proficient in English, international experience advantageous.
