(IB9) Content & Influencer Manager

£30,000.00 Per Annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a global beauty brand, for a Content & Influencer Manager to manage Social Media content, influencer relations and strategy to increase sales and brand awareness.

This will primarily include creating content, writing copy and building influencer relationships.

Responsibilities

Devise strategy to grow overall audience & engagement on digital channels, including but not limited to website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok & Snapchat profiles, with a focus on optimized content
Write clear and concise copy for social media, ads, marketing materials, and websites
Build content calendars specific to social media and influencer marketing, aligning with Sales and Marketing teams to reflect key programs and product launches and ensure that the content pipeline is robust by sourcing and creating content internally, externally, and with partners
Lead all social influencer programs including long-term relationships, new product launches, and micro-influencer outreach
Supporting PR activity during campaign periods (i.e. product launches)
Track and analyse all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs (e.g. earned media value) in a consistently changing landscape
Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies
Support the Marketing team as needed

Required

3 + years of Beauty PR or talent relations experience preferred
Digital fluency in the beauty or fashion influencer landscape
Competencies creating digital content- basic photoshop skills a plus
Degree in Communication, PR Marketing or related subject
Perfect written and spoken English
Demonstrate pre-existing relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing
Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement
Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships
An 'early adopter' of digital trends with a passion for digital projects
Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
Highly organised and detail oriented, with a strong ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
