(IB8) Head of Client Services

Head of Client Services

The purpose of this role is to deliver best in class client services to my clients institutional client base and keep them abreast of all necessary developments with regards to our Purposeful Growth investment approach. To provide insight into client perceptions and marketplace developments in order that they are viewed as a partner of choice.

Day to day duties:

·       Manage portfolio of client relationships globally in order that they experience best in class, efficient client service

·       Ensure the accurate completion of DDQ and other information requests in as an efficient a way as possible in order that an accurate depiction of the firm is communicated externally

·       Lead strategic thinking to guide the team towards building, delivering and winning high-value proposals through completion of RFPs

·       Assess client health through risk assessments and provide input to the relevant internal committees for escalation and ultilise CRM systems for the necessary reporting (Salesforce)

·       Own the delivery, accuracy and compliance of the client communications

·       Ensure CRM requirements and workflows are addressed in line with the data distribution strategy

·       Collaborate with the institutional Partnership team to identify, pursue and net new opportunities from our client base

·       Lead strategic thinking to guide the team towards building, delivering and winning high-value proposals

·       Identify and implement customer experience, SLA performance and service management best practices

·       Stay abreast of key competitor developments that may impact us and our clients and propose improvements to our processes and practices

·       Lead population of databases (Omni/Evestment and others) in order to accurately reflect the value proposition

·       Be responsible for the team’s overall training, productivity, performance and results 

Skills and required experience

·       Senior experience gained within Financial Services

·       A dynamic and progressive approach to new business, developing opportunities to expand existing clients and connect with potential clients

·       An engaging and collaborative approach to work, team orientated and commercial

·       Experience in nurturing talent and developing excellence and best practice, particularly in relation to Due Diligence processes

·       Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce, and managing other client platforms
