Business Development Associate

Our client, an exciting technology platform specialising in security and medical response solutions, is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive forward new business revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Sourcing, identifying and developing new revenue opportunities
  • Understanding and relaying the value proposition of the business to customers
  • Management of potential customer pipeline
  • Management of complete onboarding process and continuing account management
  • Meeting quarterly revenue targets and reporting
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to relay key customer information and insights
  • Providing the Product Team with customer pain-points and challenges in order to enhance the solution
  • Communicating any service related issues to the Service Team

Qualifications & Experience;

  • 2 + years of business development and management of key relationships experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within a solution-based B2B sales role
  • Degree educated
  • Proven track record of managing key relationships, achievement of goals and targets, successful customer onboarding and critical decision making
  • Comfortable working in a fast based and challenging environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience using a CRM and data management tool
  • Knowledge of the security industry beneficial
  • Drivers license preferred

This role has high earning potential, with typical earnings being £80,000 including OTE. Base salary is £30,000.
