HR Director DACH

Global Financial / IT Services Group with offices throughout Emea and APAC have an urgent requirement for a highly skilled HR professional for their expanding DACH region.

Tasks & responsibilities


Setting DACH & HR Strategy and ensuring implementation & implement the global group HR strategy locally/in your region and you ensure alignment with the company´s international HR processes as well as regulations and labor law
Partner with and coach the management teams in implementing a more effective and agile organizational model and a performance driven culture
Business Partnership, acting as a strong and challenging partner to ensure effective delivery of the HR agenda in line with business objectives
Providing coaching and direction on all people management and development for Leadership Team within your region directly and through your team of HR Business Partners
Management of talent development activities including preparation and facilitation of the talent review process through functional talent review meetings and one on ones and developing career and succession plans for your region
Provide direction, guidance and counselling to the management team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues


Candidate profile

University degree with major in Human Resources or similar qualification
Demonstrable Experience (>7 years) in HR in a fast-moving environment with a strong emphasis on strategy and talent development
Several years of Leadership experience
Solid knowledge of German Labour and Work Council Law through professional experience
Strong Communication skills; must be a confident communicator who is able to deliver clear messages
Commercial Acumen
Fluency in German and English
