(IB19) Receptionist

£22,860.00 Per Annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading architectural practice with offices based in Central London, for a Receptionist to act as a first point of contact to all visitors, providing friendly, efficient and professional reception service.

Key Responsibilities include;

Answering the busy main switchboard telephone and transferring calls
Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office
Assisting colleagues with queries and administrative tasks
Booking travel, hotels, restaurants for external meetings when necessary
Managing and booking meeting rooms, ensuring equipment for presentations and conference calls is set up
Accurately distributing incoming post and deliveries alongside uploading project post onto the document management system
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office

You will have;

Education to A Level Standard
Minimum 2 years in a prior Receptionist/Customer Service Administrator role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Great presentation and professional aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A readiness to 'muck in'; willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills
Keen attention to detail and time management
