Head of HR

Our client, a global media company with interests in iGaming, is seeking a Head of HR to spearhead their HR strategy across their global teams.

This role will require an individual flexible in managing HR across their affiliate marketing and iGaming/Gambling firms.


Main Responsibilities:

·         Execute and adapt the global HR strategy in the local markets and manage development of HR department business plans, objectives and budget

·         Together with the HR team develop HR initiatives, approaches, policies and procedures to achieve alignment among all functions

·         Support the development and mentorship of the other HR team members and develop people development initiatives for all functions

·         Initiate and manage completion of HR Department projects and tasks including Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Engagement & Motivation, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Policies and Procedures, Employer Branding, Health and Safety, Performance Management, HR Analytics & Statistics and Administration

·         Analyze and understand the business and local labor market trends to recognize success factors and develop areas for improvement

·         Maintain and optimize the Compensation & Benefit structures in all locations

·         Lead third party negotiations with consultancy agencies, advertising and marketing companies, benefits and insurance companies and ensure optimal collaboration with these parties


Key Requirements:


·         Proven experience as an HR Manager with broad leadership experience from managing teams in more than one geographical location and remote managers (managing global/local environments is a merit)

·         Industry knowledge essential, particularly in iGaming, Gambling and Casinos

·         Experience with talent acquisition and a combination of high-volume-recruitment of entry level/customer facing positions in combination with specialist and managerial recruitment

·         Experience in reporting and employment Legal knowledge in relevant employment laws

·         Fluency in English both verbal and written is essential

·         Strategical thinker – can manage factors that influence long-term success
