Senior Account Exec/Junior Account Manager
Our client, a highly successful events production company, are looking for a Senior Account Executive/ Junior Account Manager to support the Account Director with strategy and delivery on live events, digital campaigns and brand experience for key clients. This role will be highly focused in the early careers and attraction marketing space.
You will be a key figure in the team, supporting a number of projects among key accounts. You will work across the planning of brand experiences and events both physical and digital, involved in overseeing the project planning from start to finish, ensuring the project is running on time and under budget. You will support creative briefings, contribute creatively and utilise past experiences, market trends and research. You will be helping with the design and building of client proposals and presentations, supporting budgeting & financial tracking.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Account Executive, prepared to grow and evolve into the role of a Junior Account Manager.
You will have;
Strong project management knowledge on both small and large scale campaigns a d/or live events in an agency environment
Experience of delivering brand experience campaigns and/or live events in an agency environment
Experience of working on campaigns focused on either; promotion, pop-ups, student activations, live events or sampling, within an Event Manager, Project Manager or Account Executive/Manager role
Good knowledge of student events and/or campus activations is beneficial
Comfort in working with senior stakeholders within key clients
Team player attributes; a hands on approach and unafraid to have your opinion heard
Confidence in multitasking across a number of projects with strong attention to detail
Key responsibilities include;
As a key player in the account management team, you will build client relationships and drive excellent client servicing to support new business and growth
Oversee the planning and implementation of live campaigns, providing accountability for campaign troubleshooting and resource bottlenecking
Support on client project briefs and ensuring creation/delivery of the internal brief to wider internal teams
Client management before and after meetings ensuring agendas are shared and actions/meeting summaries are completed and followed up on
Working with project managers and suppliers to ensure all legal requirements have been adhered to in the correct time on all projects
Feed into project cost, budgeting. project and loss etc
Joining regular project and status meetings with senior clients whilst running internal meetings to ensure the project is on track
General project administration and overseeing of desirables etc
