HR Officer and Office Manager

Really friendly and dynamic asset management group have a newly created role for a strong and capable allrounder. In This role you will be supporting the HR Director and involved in the day to day management of the office.
Day to day: Manage and carry out a diverse range of activities aimed at ensuring high levels of service and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. Provide support to all business areas to support the wider business goals. To ensure a high level of professionalism, communication and relationship management is maintained internally and externally with colleagues, shareholders and clients.

Managing risk and compliance

Being a pivotal point of contact for people queries from managers and colleagues, providing advice and guidance on an array of employment matters
Support our managers on policy and practice to ensure consistent and efficient experiences across our employee lifecycle
Champion cultural transformation and fit for purpose people change projects
Supporting the Head of HR and Business Support through operational transformation and change projects
Support managers on HR formal processes to achieve the optimum outcome
Manage local office onboarding and off boarding processes and being point of contact for staff including training
Support the Head of HR and Business Support with L&D initiatives, planning and organising
Promote organisational health and wellbeing, providing guidance around attendance, as well as being our contact for private healthcare, EAP support and other benefits for all our colleagues
Managing external suppliers and benefit providers, reviewing offerings to determine optimum output for employee satisfaction and market competition
Participate and own projects to develop organisational performance and growth
