Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 65,000

Location: Stockholm

We are partnered with a rapidly growing Global Tech giant, headquartered in the USA, searching for a Client Relationship Manager to build and grow key client relationships in their Stockholm office.

This is an exciting, dynamic role which would be perfect for a skilled Client Relationship Manager looking for their next challenge.

Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to build and grow client relationships while working to tight deadlines
Operate effectively under pressure with negotiation skills
Experience in Client Relationship management, sales, and business development
Effective communicator with fluent language skills in Swedish and English
Track record in developing internal and external relationships
Commercial acumen
Print and fulfillment sector experience would be advantageous for this role



Key Responsibilities:

Building and growing key client relationships
Promote services and solutions to customers
Be the main client contact when necessary; information, tech or delivery issues, SLA breach & penalties, claims
Sell add-ons and/or new services
Escalate sales opportunities to Sales team (if exceeding CRM scope)
Provide statistics and reports to client while preparing and attending client steering committees
Prepare and participate to external audits (client’s audits)
Identify and update Client organization (charts, decision levels and process)
Understand the services/solutions provided to the customer
Understand and know contracts (incl. MSA) (documents library maintenance and up-date), validate if requested (incl. SLA commitment and billing item) and renew expiring contracts
Collaborate across teams to achieve daily, weekly and longer-term goals
Follow-up SLA and quality report internally, initiate/suggest improvements when needed
Analyse Actual vs Forecast per billing item while supporting management/sales for invoicing communication and report
Escalate to management when decrease of revenue/profitability or in case of low or negative profitability
Analyse and validate customer needs, business watch/intelligence
Be responsible of a customer portfolio and the related revenue : grow this revenue accordingly to personal objectives (Quota)
