Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Central London

Are you an experienced Office Manager? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are excellent at working effectively? Are you a proactive individual and willing to "go the extra mile"? If so this could be a great opportunity for you.

Our client provide government funding to the public sector in support of their efforts towards carbon reduction targets.

They are looking for an Office Manager to manage the overall running of the office on a day-to-day basis.


  • IT support- main contact for IT support for staff and external IT consultants
  • Office Administration-ensuring there is enough office equipment, managing office lease contracts and insurance contracts, address employee queries
  • HR duties- updating policies
  • Health and Safety- manage regulations in regards to fires, keep up to date with COVID requirements and putting them into practice

Key requirements:
  • Office admin experience
  • Strong IT knowledge
