Large global technology group who provide a range of services to the Financial Services Sector require a highly skilled Business Development Director.

KEY DUTIES:

Identify, nurture, and convert large and sometimes complex deals over £2.5M ACV, through bid/RFP process, workshops, proof-of-concept, and all phases of the enterprise sales-cycle.

Acquire new logo customers seeking: traditional BPO, Intelligent
automation, Digitization and Digital transformation, outsourcing, BPaaS,
RPA, and evolved cloud platform solutions.
Develop new opportunities with international customers.
Develop new business in financial services.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Client knowledge/understanding
Stay abreast of emerging market trends
Continually evaluate market conditions and competitor data on products
and services.
Research the target markets to identify the key decision makers
Enable Sales and Business Strategy teams to build relations

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Promote our client, initiate and develop sales opportunities across UK t
Engage directly in new client and existing client business development
Collaborate with sales teams or other business functions to
Support the growth of EMEA region.
Rapidly communicate initial strategies to senior management
Drive sales activity timely and accurately to ensure best deal execution,
Project management, deliverable client and contractual drafting
Prepare and present convincing presentations, using all necessary resources/teams to effectively showcase as the preferred option
Participate in key conference and trade show opportunities
Be a product advocate and the face of the company at various events.
All propositions to meet company, client and legal/ethical requirements.
Internal Interface
Information gathering, analysing, updating databases and providing
internal reports with prospects and status to management and
appropriate teams (Salesforce, Beats, Playbooks, etc.)
Planning internal resources to support in the collation of the information required
Liaising internally with departments to ensure information is accurate and
up to date, as well as to ensure that projects are deliverable
Work alongside and also support both the business development and
finance teams.
